Functional Rehab is about selecting specially designed exercises for patients so that they can quickly return to everyday work and sport after an injury or surgery.

The principles of functional training on restrictions and complaints of the musculoskeletal system are combined.

Functional Training

The focus of the training philosophy of functional training is an effective increase in performance and a reduced risk of injury in the areas of training, everyday life and competition. By exercising the musculoskeletal system, the tendons and the joints at the same time, the body should experience holistic stabilization.

Regular, systematic repetitions of movement change the physical and mental processes. This process makes it possible to easily perform everyday or sporting activities that also interact with individual or different influencing factors.

PT Business

The corona pandemic has shaken the business model of personal trainers. Is it the solution to digitally film and give away your content? Which solutions have been established, what does the future of the PT look like? Will the customer see digital support as standard in the future?

Functional Nutrition

When it comes to functional nutrition, we focus less on classic calorie counting and rolling energy balances, but rather focus on individual physiological profiles.

An extensive medical history provides an individual physiological profile of the customer, which enables a precise determination of the state of health. The Functional Nutrition uses a wide variety of instruments from functional medicine.

Functional Movement

Functional Movement is a combination of athletic training, strength training and flexibility training. Functional movement is used in everyday life as well as in professional sports.

The FT Conference will take place from October 23-25, 2020. Registration and the pre-conference will start on October 23, 2020 at 4 p.m.

We expect to start on October 24th and 25th. from 8:00 a.m. and end at around 6:00 p.m.

We are currently working hard on a timetable and will publish it on this page shortly. What we can already tell you, the live webinars will be broadcast on the respective days between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. In between there are enough breaks for exercise and lunch breaks.
We strongly believe that we can already carry out events of this kind again at the time of the event. We adhere to the official plans at all times and try to create the best possible experience for everyone involved.
